How do I order my personalised printed and embroidered items with Fitwell?

Just follow our simple online creation tool to get the perfect embroidered and printed clothing. Our easy four-step process means you choose your products, select your colours, brand your choice, and then simply place the order on line or alternatively call our friendly sales team. 
1. Come up with your design or the text you would like
2. Choose your garments from our great range 
3. Use our simple online tool to either type in what you would like or to send us your exact requirements and image.
4. Let our team do the rest and create your perfect printed and embroidered clothing

Is there a minimum order quantity?  Fitwell can provide branded clothing with NO MINIMUM order on all our extensive clothing range, and we offer great discounts on bulk orders.

How long will my order take?  We aim to deliver non-personalised orders in 48 hours.  Personalised order lead time usually is 10 days, however this may vary sometimes depending on production.

Do you provide a rush service?
We can provide a rush service and will do all we can to help in out with a last minute emergency - for speed just speak to the team about your requirement.

How can I arrange samples?
Just order plain stock from our web site, when you subsequently return them we can credit them. If you are unsure if a product will be right for you or the sizes you need to order, we would always recommend ordering plain samples first.

Do I get discount for multiple orders?
We do aim to provide you with competitive pricing and are always happy to discuss volume discounts. 

Do you ship around the world?
Yes we do - we ship for our clients all over the world. Please contact us to ask for details.

Do you have a brochure you can provide me?
Simply tell us what you are looking for and request one on the contact us page, or for our online flip-able brochure.

Can I open Credit Account?
First orders are on a proforma basis and then we can arrange for our accounts department to send you an account application form if you are going to be placing regular orders with us.

Artwork requirements Providing high quality electronic artwork or artwork will ensure production of the highest quality products. Please include all fonts, colours, size specification, any amendments or special instructions with your artwork. If colour references are not provided, we will match colours as close as possible. If sizes are not given we will work to standard sizes.

EPS, AI, PDF and CDR are the preferred file types. These are Vector graphics and they consist of smooth lines that retain their clarity when scaled. High quality (300dpi+) JPEG,BMP,GIF,TIFF,PSD and DOC file types, and hard copy artwork can be used, but may incur extra artwork charges.  If you have any questions regarding which format you need to send your artwork, please don’t hesitate to contact us. 

How can I contact you?

You can email us on sales@fitwell-ltd.co.uk,but at Fitwell we are not a faceless dot.com we have a large retail outlet in Liverpool drop in and see us, or call us we are open 9am - 5pm, 6 days a week. Please note sometimes the we have different prices or offers on our web site or in store.
